GoogleRidgewater have managed my portfolio of properties in Torquay and Brixham for the last three years. I have really enjoy the peace of mind of knowing that no matter what problems arise with the properties, day or night, they take the responsibility and worry away from me. They are a lovely group of people to deal with and they are very efficient managing rent collections and dealing with my tenant's concerns. They are very conscientious finding the right tenants to match my properties. I can't recommend them enough, Tony Pocock

Used to manage my property. They were insufficient and unprofessional. Had to sort out loads of problems when I took back the property. They just seemed focused on doing as little work as possible for the money. Try someone else!

Dear Rhona, thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear that you think we are unethical. I have to strongly disagree with your statement. We work on behalf of landlords and have to prove to those landlords that we have done our due diligence when finding them a tenant. We use a external referencing agency for that and they use industry standard requirement to pass a tenant for referencing. We also work very closely with the homeless prevention team at Torbay Council and with The Thrive Project in Paignton to find suitable housing where ever we can for local vulnerable people. We are unable to help everyone but will help when we can. I'm sorry if we were unable to help you at this time and I wish you the best of luck in finding suitable housing.
