My experience as a buyer has been 100% positive. Absolute in Wellwood is a highly professional and friendly team. Our sales contact Frank understood our brief and demoed videos on his iPad at our first viewing, so efficient! Darren was great to deal with as we negotiated the purchase with the buyer. We needed access into the property on several occasions and Tina and another gentleman facilitated this for us. The entire transaction was so easy and affective. Kim who works on the admin side is an absolute gem, so responsive. Debbie helped us too in clarifying some of the processes. We completed the sales in just over 6 weeks beating our deadline by 11 days. Great pace, Thank you very much and I highly recommend your services!

Super friendly excellent service

All of the team at absolute lettings have been amazingly helpful and friendly during the process of viewing, moving and finalising the process with the property. Lydia's initial setup for us to view the property and arrange the first viewing along with visiting the property a second time for measurements was prompt and refreshing. Chealsey handled all of the references with us and helped work with us and the referencing company to make sure we were able to secure the property with ease and give us peace of mind that we would have a new family home. Cheryl finalised all of the setup for the move and made sure we were all ready to go and that all of the facilities would be in order for us to move in. Overall a superb experience with having the knowledge that we were looked after during the whole process and that if we have any issues in the future I can rely on absolute to be there when I need them. From the very start Absolute were professional and reassuring regarding my property, from Darren coming out to give the initial valuation to taking the full property particulars, Frank and Debbie speaking with potential buyers and booking in many people to see the property, with this, it was thanks to Darren conducing a viewing with the buyer who agreed a price I was happy to accept. Kim was very helpful in her communication early into the sale with keeping me updated with how the sale was progressing, and towards the end both her and Darren worked above and beyond until I was given the great news that we had exchanged contracts. Dear Reader I contacted Absolute Sales and Lettings a few days ago and spoke to Mrs Debbie Kelly who registered me immediately. She also arranged viewings for me soon after with Mr Mike Bettesworth. Mrs Kelly then sent me separate emails for the three consecutive viewings, including the full address, the exact time of each viewing, and the agent’s name. I found this level of communication very professional and practical and it left me with a very good first impression of the company. The following is my first impression with the abovementioned names so far. They were both very polite, welcoming, knowlegable, helpful, gentle in their approach, with a quiet confidence that they would be able to find a property for me within my budget without trying to convince me to raise it. I was accompanied with my entire family to view three properties consecutively on Monday 27 Feb. Even though, I am the buyer, Mr Bettesworth interacted with all of them and addressed their comments and feed backs, including them in the viewing process, which was a sign of respect to both my family and I. Not only were we not rushed during the three viewings, to my delight ample time was allotted to each one, with Mr Bettesworth immediately taking me back again to my favourite property for a second viewing. What made this move on his part priceless to me was that he suggested it himself, without my need to request it, in order to address a concern I had straight away rather than leaving it for another time. This is what I consider as superb service and a genuine display to address a customer’s concerns immediately, thus helping them to reach a more informed decision on the viewed properties without unnecessary delays, saving time for both the customer and the agent. Based on my expressed wishes to Mr Bettesworth at the end of the appointment to view my favourite property again this Saturday, to that avail Mrs Kelly made a follow up phone call the day after the viewing, as she was concerned that the Saturday diary may be filling up fast. Again, I found this level of consideration and service very commendable. Unlike some estate agents, she was gentle in her approach and when I conveyed that I had changed my mind about the property altogether, she did not get into a debate with me and just simply respected my decision. I found her approach extremely refreshing and pleasing. In short, she gained my trust and confidence that as a BUYER I will be looked after and that I am just as important and as relevant as is a VENDOR. My feelings and opinions were respected and validated at all times by both staff members of Absolute Sales and Lettings. I strongly recommend this Firm whether you are a vendor or a Buyer. I hope that this agency will be able to help find my "ideal Home", ever confidant that they will maintain the same standards of professionalism as outlined above throughout this somewhat stressful process. In conclusion, I trust that the company director, Mr Daren Hole, will take note of this letter of appreciation by acknowledging the value of the staff mentioned above accordingly. Thanks Simon, Chelsey and all the team at Absolute. The media like to make a meal out of bad landlords, but can't thank you enough for sorting out problematic tenants. You re-let our property within a day of it becoming vacant and the new tenants are happy even though the weather has not permitted the re-rendering of the back of the property. Then I never received an email to confirm the appointment as they spelt my email address wrong (despite me spelling it out 3 times on the calls and on the online enquiry). My initial positive impression has dramatically soured over time!! This is now my second property with this agent (Sadly, my loyalty seems to have gone unnoticed). Whether it's the imposition of unjustified extra charges or receiving discourteous and hostile emails regarding inspections, the experience has been far from satisfactory. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. The only reason I'm tolerating their subpar service is because of my friendly and professional landlord who happens to be affiliated with them. My advice would be to steer clear of this letting agent - rating it a mere 1 out of 5 is the best I can do!!
