Aimee and her team were nothing short a brilliant. They attracted plenty of interest to a point that we had multiple offers well over asking price. Communication was fantastic, keeping us well informed over email and only calling us when they needed to which is ideal during working hours. They went above and beyond to get the sale over the line when impending deadlines were given further up the chain, without their intervention the sale may well have fallen through during the legal process. After a very long winded process of buying our first home and having a lot of solicitors troubles, Holly absolutely bent over backwards to help us in the process. As it was our first time buying, we didn’t exactly know how the process would go. After getting no help from our solicitors, Holly provided fantastic advice and kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot explain how much she has helped us and kept us sane throughout the process. They are an absolutely fantastic estate agents and if/when we come to sell, we will not be choosing anybody else. I could not recommend them enough if you would like to sell. I've found Fardella & Bell to be a very efficient, friendly and professional company. When looking to sell my property I was drawn in by their marketing style which was modern and fun and stood out from the rest. Their refreshing approach and on point pricing sets them above the rest in my opinion.  My sale didn't go smoothly due to the first buyer pulling out at the last hurdle but they quickly found a new buyer. They kept me informed along the way and was always on hand to reassure and give advice. Would definitely recommend F&B and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future
