Would highly recommend Fardella & Bell - it was such a big decision to sell our home of 30+ years and although I asked for other agents to come and do an appraisal I knew straight away that I trusted Aimee and team with the job. They guided me throughout all the different stages , nothing was too much trouble and they answered all my questions patiently! Thank you so much to all the team 😘

From beginning to end all the crew at Fardella & Bell were absolutely brilliant. Everything was explained, they worked with us, and we can be particular (!), always explained everything, and worked very hard to get the sale of our house moving on, when one of the solicitors didn't! I would recommend them fully if you are looking to sell your house, I've sold a few during my lifetime and they have been by far the best

We sold our first home with F&B and Aimee and the team were brilliant. From listing our house straight away, we had a buyer lined up not long afterwards. The conveyancing was smooth and everything went through quickly. We would highly recommend them to sell your home, they have a really down to earth team who made us feel comfortable and their modern ways of selling made us confident in their abilities. 5 Stars from us 🙂

Without a doubt, Fardella and Bell are certainly going to be the future leading estate agents in the North West. Professionalism from the start, managing my expectations and ensuring that I understood all aspects of the selling process. Aimee was on hand to answer all my questions, somewhat difficult at times and she was always happy and upbeat. Aimee kept me updated on all viewings/feedback and worked tirelessly in order to achieve the best possible price for my beautiful home. Working hand in hand with Bury Solicitors it makes the whole process seamless and most importantly, friendly. The Team at Fardella and Bell are so warm and welcoming and I could not recommend them enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Aimee and the team are so Amazing. I bought my property from them and received 5* service. I had sold with a different estate agent and Fardella and bell just showed how behind the times the other estate agents are. I received up to date information throughout the sale of the property and on the day of completion (which was delayed by my buyer and was so close to completing the next day) Aimee went above and beyond with communication and even coming out of hours with my keys so I could move the same day. I cannot thank you enough.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Hi Fardella &. Bell took charge of my mum's house sale after 18 months with another agent. The house was put on the market and we soon got viewings,we had 3 or 4 in the first few weeks and one of them put an offer in for full asking price. The whole process from start to finish was faultless we were kept in the loop every step of the way. From accepting offer to completion took about 12wk .I would highly recommend Fardella and Bell to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. Can't thank them enough

This team has got some serious #girlpower! From the get go, every single one of them has been polite, friendly, and helpful to speak to. There has been so much backing in forth-ing with our move and they have made what can be a stressful experience run as smoothly as they could possibly make it. I'm really grateful that we bought our dream once-in-a-lifetime house through them and couldn't be more happy with their efforts. They kept us up-to-date, aided communications, and were quick to respond to any queries we had. The icing on the cake is that the team is all female. Girls definitely do it best. ;-)

Just completed on a purchase through Fardella & Bell and I can honestly say I've never had such a smooth purchasing experience! The girls in the office have all been absolutely fantastic throughout, always answering the phone and helping me with everything! Offer accepted on the 31st May with a completion of today, I cannot thank the girls in the office enough for their hard work to get this over the line! Ever thinking of buying or selling a house, then Fardella & bell should be the only agent you think of to use, hands down the best estate agent in Burnley!
