There are good estate agents out there...!

Having experienced the worst of estate agency (many times !) it was a pleasure to experience the best for a change. The old saying of you get what you pay for is certainly true - except the terms agreed with Jackson-Stops were very reasonable for what you get.From the outset, dealing with Neil and the team at Woburn was very professional and reassuring and you knew you were in the hands of people who were very experienced and knew what they were about. Having secured the sale we had been yearning several years for we then saw the real value of dealing with people who you can trust which is the very stressful post sale progression through to exchange of contracts.I highly recommend Jackson-Stops at Woburn.

The BEST estate agents

Having been ignored by the previous agents handling my property (a 'high value', high street stalwart) I was a little apprehensive about joining a new agency. I needn't have been: Mandy and the team at J-S Cranbrook were fantastic from start to finish. The communication was outstanding with regular updates and feedback. At the outset, I received excellent advice to boost the value. There was thorough vetting of viewers to ensure no time-wasters. I felt my hand was securely held at every step. They even handled the dogs! The outcome was great: lovely buyers, a smooth transaction and will remain my agents as and when I sell again. Huge thanks to J-S Cranbrook.

Perfect House - Jackson Stops Exeter - Thank You !

In May 2020 we found our perfect house to realise our dream to relocate from Essex to Devon. Luckily for us, the property was on the market with Richard Addington and his team in Exeter. Whilst it may seem unusual for a purchaser to write a review their handling of this sale, that finally completed in early January 2021, would have been unlikely to have concluded without the team. An absent vendor living in Asia made the transaction a little bit more complicated on top of the COVID restriction placed on us all. Richard communicated regularly and arranged access for surveys swiftly and effectively. He managed time zones and communication within the short, but at times complex chain with ease. To summerise, Richard and his team are highly-capable with a wealth of experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Jane and Stuart are two of the most professional Estate Agents my wife and I have dealt with. Although they found a buyer for our property relatively quickly, the buyers solicitor was extremely slow and inefficient. However, Jane and Stuart worked hard to complete the sale and kept us informed and updated during the whole process. Their fees are extremely competitive, they are centrally located and provide an excellent service. Highly recommend.

An excellent experience from start to finish

Jane Bishop was wonderful throughout this difficult process (the sale of my late mother's house during lock down presenting both emotional and practical issues). She was easy to approach, she was quick to respond to messages, she went above and beyond in helping: for instance, she ensured that an agent went to the house weekly (even if there was not a viewing) to check on it for insurance purposes as it was an empty house. She facilitated the removal of some contents to local charities. And the house sale went through smoothly from one of the early viewings, achieving the asking price. Jane was exemplary throughout, and did not relinquish her attention to detail even after the house was under offer.

Lesley from Jackson Stops is the best

We have moved around a lot and dealt with some of the worst people in this industry. But as a new tenant and having the little things ironed out and fixed as soon as humanly possible, Lesley Coppack has been absolutely outstanding. We are not sure if this is a function of not being in inner city London or what, but I don't want that to detract from Lesley's speed of service and all around competence to do a stellar job. Matthew and his team sold our house in August 2020. They were professional, friendly, efficient and very easy to deal with. Added to that, Matt thought we could achieve more for our property than the other two agents we got valuations from. He was right.
