GoogleMy first thoughts with Allen and Harris Didcot.. Disgusted, shocking incompetent staff and the lack of communication within the department was shocking considering how small the branch is however, within the last few weeks Stuart has been an amazing Assistant Manger and has helped tremendously. Polite, competent and communicates well. An asset to the branch. Nice to have someone that understands and gets issues resolved quickly. Thank you Stuart!

GoogleTom at Allen & Harris was an absolute delight to deal with. He found me my ideal rented property in Wantage very quickly and has continued to be there for me. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of a glitch with their system on the day I was moving in and my payment couldn't be taken leading to some frustration! Nevertheless I would still highly recommend them.

GoogleMy husband and I bought our very first home at the end of last year. This whole process can be very stressful and daunting. Frances Walsh, the Mortgage Broker at Allen and Harris (Didcot), has been absolutely amazing and helpful as none else has. She gave us a very good advice on mortgages explaining everything thoroughly, answering every question we had. She even stayed after hours so I didn’t have to take time off work and I could come in to sign the papers after work. And just when we thought we probably won’t hear from her again (why would we, if we already had moved in to our new home) we got our very first personalised Christmas card from Frances. What a lovely touch! Thank you very much once again!
