GoogleAllen & Harris doesn't respect data privacy and protection. They forwarded my contact details to a third party without permission, and are still annoying me with emails though I unsubscribed multiple times in the past months, and told them to delete my details.

GoogleAfter much deliberation and consideration of different estate agents, I selected Sulayman Meah now based at the Allen and Harris Didcot office to manage my residential rental property. This decision was mainly due to Sulayman's personality which I found very relatable and friendly. He was professional throughout the process making sure that I was kept abreast of developments and understood what was required. I definitely feel that I am in good hands and would welcome Sulayman's continued involvement in the management of the property.

We found a property through Allen and Harris Didcot and the service has been excellent. Ben who we have been dealing with couldn't do any more to help. Extremely helpful and friendly and going out of his way to help us get the property. Wold highly recommended..

GoogleRenting- 1. Property handed over in inhabitable dirty state when moved in- agents response sluggish and unacceptable- had to arrange cleaning myself. 2. Boiler broken when temp outside in minus- taken 20days+ to fix issue- no second source of heating or hot water provided. 3. Initial Meter readings wrongly provided causing issues with energy providers further down the line. Really appalling service. You have to do everything yourself but make sure you pay ur rent on time.

GoogleHaving completed a tenancy of a property managed by Sulayman and the lettings team at Didcot, I experienced nothing but professionalism throughout the 18 months. Allen & Harris have high standards and the system to request and manage maintenance is simple and effective. Their contractors are reliable and prompt at fixing issues. The checkout was stress free and Sulayman guided through the process. Overall excellent branch and team of true professionals.
