GoogleHaving been a tenant of one of the properties managed by WEST for over 18months, I have to say that their service has been fantastic. I was a little nervous about what to expect from them, and from the landlord, but they have consistently been communicative, proactive, friendly and professional. If you are a property owner - they will do what they are asked. If you are a tenant - rest assured you WILL have a positive support service.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through West and we received an extremely professional and responsive service from Nikki, our agent for the purchase. We were on a tight schedule, and she went out of her way to make sure we were kept informed of the forward chain, which ended up completing bang on schedule.
