GoogleThe property management side of the business is good. I'm renting a property on which some recent work was done to the bathroom. JD Wood (Carol) was responsive and efficient in arranging the work, and the contractors they used also did a good job.

If I could give them no stars I would!They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service from J.D.Wood when things don't go well they won't help. Also their renewals dept is not good and their accounts dept is not well organised at present.Could do a lot better.

Abysmal service. Lack of professionalism. Was promised the earth and then told to reduce my property price constantly to get a quick sale. Cowboy outfit posing as class Estate agents.
