GoogleAlways very professional, helpful and even handed in all our communication with Corina. We particularly appreciated the lack of an overt landlord bias, as evident in our dealings with some other agents in Oxford. Easily one of the best!

TrustpilotDamp, poorly managed property with repeatedly bodged repairs
Rising damp, a leaking asbestos roof that wasn't fixed for several years other than bodging a bead of mastic on it now again when water flowed through the ceiling and finally an attempt to wrongfully withhold our deposit to pay for various problems that were already present with the property when we moved in. Avoid this letting agent - they are truly awful.

GoogleHunters were a pleasure to deal with as the managers of the apartment I rented with my partner in Oxford for several years. The rare issues we had were always dealt with promptly and effectively. (For example replacing the BBQ the next day when it was damaged in a storm and we had a party planned!) They have a very friendly team and I'd reccommend them to anyone.

GoogleRude and unprofessional. When I asked questions about the expensive fees charged upon starting a tenancy the agent became very hostile and judgemental, and refused to deal with us, breaking the initial agreement. Terrible!

If you are looking for agency which you can trust and work with then it is NOT finders kepeers. People don't want to listen and you are blamed for it even if you followed their guidance. find out after 6 month that there is renewal cost. Why they don't make it clear in the first place. Safe yourself a TDS dispute and dont rent. Be safe!

GoogleThe staff at Hunters are friendly and professional. I rented an apartment in Oxford via Hunters. The renting process was professional and quick -- it took only one week from my viewing the apartment to moving in. During the tenacy, they are also very prompt in replying emails -- essentially within in one day.
