Chancellors look after my three flats for a few years now. They are proficient and responsive. I am mostly in direct contact with Mr Andrew Jourdain and Mr Will Jones, both extremely helpful. The team has my grateful thanks and I highly recommend chancellors.

GoogleChancellors and specifically Olivia from the Headington branch couldn't have been more professional with their customer service. Emails were prompt and any queries that I had were answered extremely quickly. Olivia kept in contact with myself throughout the application process and made the process easy to understand. It can be a stressful time when trying finding a new home (especially in Oxford) but Olivia made the process straightforward and a lot less stressful. Thank you Olivia & Chancellors. GoogleIulia was very efficient and flexible who understands clients needs and concerns. My first viewing of a property was messed up by some misunderstanding on the part of the letting negotiator. When I enquired again about the same property, Iulia took it upon herself to help resolve the situation. We have now started the letting process and we will move into the property in 2 months time.

GoogleAppreciate you calling me back about my property inquiry first thing in the morning, but isn't it a bit strange to ask for my current landlord's reference details when I haven't even confirmed a viewing yet? I understand that's probably how your system works, but none of the other letting agencies I've dealt with have asked for landlord details this early in the process.
