I have found every one at Breckon & Breckon, especially Jenny, a delight in handling my sale. Helpful, efficient, and always polite and reassuring. It was the second time I interacted closely with this agency. The first time was a few years as a buyer, and this time I was selling the house through them. In both circumstances, the persons in the agency acted in a very professional way. In the sale of my house, they found a buyer even before having the house officially put on the market. Even if the buyer withdrew for his own reasons, B&B found a second buyer within days, and this time the sale went through. At all time the interaction with B&B was pleasant and professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency

GoogleAbsolutely shocking property management as a renter, our flat is absolutely riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a YEAR to take any action despite constant pleas for help, they have now blamed us as tenants for what a specialist agreed is a structural ventilation problem. I am living in disgusting conditions with a toddler and Breckon are no help at all.

We purchased a house through Breckon & Breckon in 2013, and we so impressed with their service that we decided to use them for our sale in 2015. During both types of transaction, they were always up to speed with the latest from other parties involved (buyers, vendors, solicitors etc) and were always available by email or telephone should we require them. We will definitely use Breckon and Breckon in the future and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Comparing local agents based on valuation is like comparing apples and pears. My experience (having used other agents) has been that you need the experience, local knowledge and professional of B&B. I was selling through B&B and used their know-how to guide me through a very difficult purchase as well as their advice about the prospects of interested buyers to complete the sale. As if good all this plus fantastic communication and help with removals wasn't enough, they also helped me with advice on conveyancing, administrative details and practical assistance with my sale which was due to divorce. Expert intermediary help with the 2 parties.
