GoogleGeorge Houlbrooke at Breckon and Breckon has been a stalwart support to me through what at times has been a difficult and lengthy purchase of my new home. He has always been accessible with immediate replies to phone calls and emails. He has been kind and supportive through a highly stressful time, reassuring me when necessary and keeping in contact with all those in the process to enable the sale finally to go through. I cannot thank him enough, and recommend him most highly.

GoogleI just want to thank George and his colleagues at Breckon and Breckon's High Street office for all their hard work in the marketing and sale of my property which finalised yesterday. He did a really excellent and professional job in both communication of progress and expediting the whole process as far as possible while also dealing with the occasional hitch and delay along the way. GoogleI have been delighted with the service from Breckon & Breckon, led initially by Eoin then by Robyn. The sale of a house in Oxford, on behalf of my sister, was complicated by the fact that she lives abroad, but the staff negotiated that skilfully, keeping me informed at all stages. Communication was good, and they helped additionally over the disposal of some items. The process was long, but Robyn managed to keep me cheerful and positive throughout, no mean feat!

The knowledge of the local area meant that our house was priced accordingly and sold on the first offer at asking. The advice on presentation for viewings , the answers we were given for our many , many questions not to mention the humour and kindness we were shown was greatly appreciated! GoogleWe’ve just completed our house purchase, and although Eoin wasn’t acting for us (we were the buyers of a property for sale with Breckon & Breckon), he went above and beyond to support us throughout the process. His communication was consistently clear, prompt, and thoughtful. He was proactive, professional, and genuinely kind; making the whole experience far less stressful than it might have been. We’ve dealt with many estate agents over the years, and Eoin stands out as one of the very best. GoogleWe found the service at Breckon and Breckon to be excellent. The photos, including an interactive tour of the house were outstanding. Our house proved to be difficult to sell for a variety of reasons and there were lots of viewings that failed to secure a sensible buyer but at no time were we encouraged to drop the price as other agents had suggested. We were given excellent advice on marketing and the suitability of offers we had. George was convinced that the price was right and it was only a matter of finding the right buyer. He was right! Throughout we found the team to be professional and steady, leading to a positive outcome.

When it came to time to sell, it was not really in question that we would choose Breckon and Breckon, but manager George truly impressed with his unflappable, friendly and straightforward approach - someone we as sellers, and also prospective buyers, could trust. GoogleThe whole team at Breckon & Breckon, but especially Robyn, were exceptionally helpful throughout the process of our house purchase. From start to finish we were really impressed. Our purchase was complicated at points, but Robyn was always responsive and proactive, and helped push the process through as quickly as possible (especially when it looked like we might not meet our deadline!). GoogleBreckon & Breckon did a splendid job in finding a buyer and concluding the sale of my property in Littlemore. I´d become disillusioned with the agency I first used whereas in contrast I was delighted with B & B´s thoroughly professional proactive approach from start to finish. They plainly have excellent knowledge of the market in my area and after negotiating a significantly better price than their predecessors could manage they continued to monitor the sales process to a very quick conclusion- just over two months from putting it back on the market. Full marks to Craig and his team. I´m thoroughly satisfied.

GoogleBreckon and Breckon sold our property recently in East Oxford (we also originally purchased the property from them). In both instances they were very helpful throughout. When we were selling their photographer was brilliant, they also recommended surveyors to the buyer which helped speed the process along (allowing us to complete before Christmas!). They were always available to pick up the phone and even helped us take final meter readings when we were away. We would highly recommend Eoin and the team for anyone looking to buy or sell in Oxford! Thank you again!

GoogleWe are so glad we decided to sell our property with Breckon & Breckon, from start to finish they were the epitome of professionalism and were incredibly knowledgeable. The sale and our onward purchase ended up being quite a stressful process (not because of B&B I should hasten to add), but Eoin was a real calming presence, always on hand to chase up solicitors/fellow agents and was ultimately instrumental in helping us get it all over the line at the 11th hour! The B&B team are a real testament to how sales don't need to be needlessly tense, resorting to petty tactics and empty threats (something I wish had been true for other agents in the chain!). Huge thanks to Eoin, we are very happy in our new home!

GoogleCraig and the team were fantastic. They had a realistic idea of the market. Their photographers were superb, really showed the house at its best. They had a good system for booking viewings. Once the house sold, they were always on hand to talk about things and sort out any minor issues. On the whole I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They made it all run very smoothly.
