GoogleViewing canceled at last minute-2 hrs before ; despite 2 automated viewing confirmation from Breckon 24 hours prior. another property viewing ‘in the same area’ offered, at the same time. So we waited. Half an hour after viewing time, no one appeared. Called the office, on one knows who’s in charge. Horrible experience, avoid. It may be a Saturday morning, so staff unreliable.

I chose Breckon and Breckon to sell my house in East Oxford and switched from the agents from whom I had bought it on account of the very professional and honest first impression I had of George. First impressions were reinforced when I met Robyn and Jenny. An excellent sales price was quickly achieved and together they managed to deliver a stress-free sale of my property even when the first buyer unexpectedly pulled out ( I accepted a new offer within days and relied entirely on George's advice on negotiation). The team's personal commitment to high service to both seller and buyer was amazing. Energy levels were always positive and high and communication excellent. Robyn and George even dealt with last minute issues for me the week before completion when I was away on holiday (e.g. having the front door lock fixed). A nice bottle of champagne is on its way to George, Robyn and Jenny as a big thank you and is well deserved!

I have used Beckon and Breckon twice now over the course of seven years - and both times I could not have wanted for a better service in all aspects - communications-wise, the way they presented both properties on-line/ in the brochure, local media, and to prospective buyers, as well as the way they conducted viewings. They were both friendly and professional. And to top it all, on both occasions we got a fantastic price for our properties; and all parties were happy - both ourselves and our buyers. Breckon and Breckon saved my sanity during my 6-month property search in Central Oxford. The entire team - even those I hadn't met! - were consistently well-informed about the properties I was seeing, could tell me the next steps or the likely position, and offered advice, support and sheer encouragement during what was a stressful and often frustrating process.. I know I wouldn't have got my house without their help and support, While other agents were neither constructive or transparent, Breckon and Breckon acted with decency and honesty throughout the whole process. I really quite miss Julie and George now I don't have to traipse round town with them three times a week!

So much so that, when we decided to switch our solicitor, I reached out to Eoin for recommendation and, subsequently, was very happy with the person he had recommended. Eoin and his colleagues at B&B are responsive, honest, professional and act as a team. GoogleEoin helped us with the sale or our property, but went above and beyond. He booked us in for the photos and had our property on the market in under two weeks and sold the following. He then facilitated the Conveyancing for the sale and our private purchase. He was always available to help and chase solicitors. Without him we wouldn’t have completed on time.
