TrustpilotFriendly and helpful staff
Appreciate Isaac from the branch went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule on a Saturday to fit in two viewings back to back. He has been super professional and helpful throughout even we decided not to pursue with the properties in the end. Thank you very much.

TrustpilotVery happy
After a rather slow start with the Clifton branch (for which I've deducted one star), I have now sold my flat through the Westbury on Trym branch and ended up very happy with the excellent work and attentiveness of the team there. Would recommend.

TrustpilotQuick Easy Process
We had a house viewing with Jasmine and she was really friendly and let us have all the time we needed to really view the property. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t match us around the house like many other estate agents do.

TrustpilotExceptional!
Today I had the amazing opportunity to meet Nancy who showed me around some fantastic new build apartments. Her expertise and manner was exceptional and she really made me feel at ease as this was my first time viewing properties. I cannot wait to build a relationship with this agency!

GoogleWe have been very pleased by the service provided. Good tenants were found and good advice given in preparing to market our property. All tenants were accompanied on viewings and required to remove shoes on entry. Detailed feedback from viewing was provided and lease arrangements were pretty hastle free. Will definitely use the company again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotGreat Service
I had three separate viewings with Georgia across an afternoon and was really happy with the service. She was helpful when discussing options and benefits for each property, listened to, and dealt with any queries I had, and provided me with extra details for all. Really helpful.

TrustpilotGreat experience from beginning to end
Great experience from beginning to end. It was an easy decision to make upon meeting Drew. His valuation was ambitious but achievable and was backed with strategy and date. I felt at all times he had my best interest at heart. Thank you to the whole team.

GoogleAwful company. After making an enquiry about a specific house (that while still being advertised widely is no longer on the market), I have now been harassed by email and phone ever since. Do not trust them with your property or your data as they do not treat it appropriately.

They have been great and helpful from the first minute until the house was sold. We couldn’t be happier with their service. If I have another house to sell (I wish I do), I would definitely use them again.

GoogleBought a house A&H advertised. They did their best to expedite the process. They allowed us multiple viewings, not only to seal the deal but afterwards as well, to help with planning the renovation.

Googleallen & harris were appointed after having no luck with a well known online estate agent. I can highly recommend the services of allen & harris. From the very first meeting with Gemma Johnson I have been impressed by the professionalism and speed in which she found a buyer for my property. She is a credit to the company she works for. A**
