GoogleI used to rent out a property through Allen & Harris but due to my daughter now living in the property Allen & Harris's services were no longer required, almost a year later i started to receive debt collection letters from an energy company that the previous tenant had a contract with so i spoke with Sulayman at Allen & Harris who went out of his way to help with a very stressful and complicated situation even though we no longer use there service. Thank you for all of your help.

GoogleMy wife and I viewed many homes in Oxford with different estate agents and Sulayman from Allen and Harris was by far the most professional and helpful agent we came across during our search. Unfortunately, on the day that we moved into our new apartment, we found that there were a number of serious problems with the place (hence why this is not a 5 star review). Apparently there had been a mix-up in dates and essential work had not been carried out before we moved in. However, we contacted Sulayman and he came over immediately and over the next couple of weeks he worked hard on our behalf to resolve all the issues. Although, we didn't have the best start in our new home, we appreciate all of Sulayman's efforts to fix things for us.

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.
