Not a pleasant experience from the buyer's perspective. They basically did nothing that was exceptional apart from chasing me with calls to speed things up despite that it wasn't me delaying things as the property didn't have the required documents to confirm eligibility for a mortgage to start with then the Sellers wanted to delay the completion date. However, they did offer conveyancing and mortgage services in house but would not trust they would act to my benefit so I didn't choose them (hence probably I wasn't the desired Client to bring some extra ££) as it was clear to me they wanted to make a deal ASAP. Again, from the Buyer's perspective, it was completely useless service from WOT office in Bristol with no extra added value (just so you know the state of the house when received the keys was far away from ready to move & clean, but yes I know it's not a legal requirement) So therefore I cannot think of any 'wow' moment.

GoogleWhat a fanatic agency! Sulayman & Sherko are the guys to work alongside. As a landlord it has been stressful due to being in a pandemic, however Sherko managed to get our property on the market with ease, clear communication and great ideas regarding the marketing of the property. Sulayman kept us in the loop with viewings and offers, he worked so hard to find the right tenant, always answers questions swiftly and easily. Now our property has been let and managed by Allen & Harris, Dyffdd, the property co-ordinator is our point of contact regarding any issues with the property, he is great and responsive. These guys go beyond to ensure they do what they say. Best management team in Oxford by far. I used other agents before and they are useless, over priced and a lot of talk and no action. If you want value for money, friendly, honesty and a friendly service Allen & Harris is the place to go to!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Louise Gonella helped me out if a tricky situation when my tenants left the flat in an unsatisfactory state. Louise rescued me, at very short notice! As a result of her finding me a professional cleaner for an end-of-tenancy clean, my new tenants were able to move in on time to a clean flat. Thank you!
