I can wholeheartedly recommend the services of this estate agency, recommended to us by a friend. Initially it was the cheaper charges and speed of response that attracted us, but later it was the kindness & support offered, even after completion, that I valued more.We were in a chain & Antony Perez looked after us for the 6 months it took for our sale to complete. He was professional, helpful and reassuring, remaining unfailing courteous even when we were irritable & stressed.

GoogleWe looked into a few options for mortgage brokers before settling on Allan & Harris as they had been so much more responsive than others we’d been talking to. We have not be disappointed. Aaran Saran has been helping us out. He’s super proactive, solutions oriented, incredibly response, easy to work with and getting good deals for us. Whilst we’re still in the process of finding the right property and finalising the mortgage, so far so good. We’re really happy with the quality of service we’re getting from Aaran.

Sulayman was an agent who I found him in this agency very professional , pleasant, responsible and strongly commitment to what he says and promises. Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.

They (Barnet Branch) are the most laziest estate agents I have come across in Barnet region.Recently I completed purchase via them, I have no words to express my unsatisfaction, they never bothered to chase the seller when completion was getting delayed when purchased via auction, they never ever pick the phone, they never bothered to hand over the keys at the house instead asked me to come to the office to pick the keys stating they are too busy to come to the site for keys handover.Requested to value the property several times for rental purpose, they never ever bothered to call me or take my request.Except Tai (exceptional) there is absolutely no one in the office that you can talk to, as the phone always goes to the headoffice and they never ever call you back.least bothered about customer service.

Fantastic Company and they have managed my property for a while now and really happy with the service. They always find the best tenants and do a thorough vetting and background check and marketing and get the highest price and work hard to achieve it. I have been really impressed that there hasn’t been much of a gap between tenancies and they communicate well and are proactive. Would highly recommend the Downend branch thank you.

I had a viewing today in Horley with Emily and Nancy and believe they deserve a 5 star rating.From the beginning of my experience with them starting from the phone call and booking the appointment they were professional and welcoming. On a arrival they were very professional and even took into account the minute details such as where people should park and came prepared with application forms.
