The offer was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Very helpful working through to completion, able to get the updates from the solicitors when I simply could not. Because they work into the early evening buying a house with busy working lives was a big positive. They work well as a team and the regardless who you contacted the experience was professional and positive.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend at all. They say what they think you want to hear, and then proceed to sit back and do absolutely nothing to sell your house. Takes them about a week or more to respond to communication. Evidently have zero idea about how to sell properties, and ‘get lucky’ on a few which do actually sell. Joke of a company, go elsewhere if you’re looking to market your house, and by the state of other reviews, if you’re looking to rent you may wish to go elsewhere, too. Don’t bother responding with your generic “try emailing us Karen and we’ll try to sort your issue” - you had an opportunity, and decided to sit back (once again) and be lazy.

Unfortunately in this particular instance, you are aware that our client received a higher offer than your own but gave you the opportunity of matching the higher offer. We do not understand how this could be considered underhanded as you suggest, as we handle this with complete transparency and integrity. You accepted this proposal and proceeded with the proposed purchase.
You commissioned a survey and then tried to reduced your offer by £60,000 but you wouldn’t share your reasons for doing this or any of the contents of the survey, with us.
Understandably, our client felt rather uncomfortable with this situation and declined your revised offer. Had you been forthcoming and had provided reasons for reducing your offer, then things may have ended differently?
