She knew the answers to every question we had, pointed out key aspects of the property, and even showed us round the property early as another estate agent had let us down at a viewing before. She made it an enjoyable experience. Robbie was a great help in the office when we came in. Robbie provided us with great advice even before we listed. Once listed the service continued to be of a high level. Communication was always forthcoming and timely. The conveyancing team, with the EWay app was great and we could see the progress on a weekly basis as well as direct contact with our nominated solicitor. Michelle was amazing. After having a few appointments missed with another office I was handed over to Michelle and I am so glad I was! She was so helpful and personable, made sure I completely understood everything and did the very most she could for me to help my remortgage process run smoothly. I would like thank you Anne Bryans she did brilliant job by fixing problems which occur in my case. She was extremely professional, always replied on my email and phone calls. Corrected other people mistakes and reacted very quickly when came to sort out the issue. Process of buying my house was very difficult, my paperwork gone missing somwhere between the bank and solicitors who were involved, but Anne has resolved the problem on time. I wouldn't meet the deadline without Anne's help. I will highly recommend her to everyone who wants to get professional help.

We used connells mortgage services when buying our first home and have recently used them again when moving house. The consultant in the branch, Kelvin has been superb in helping us. He genuinely cares about customers and nothing has ever been too much trouble for him, even with the silly questions we sometimes asked and to-ing and fro-ing we did. Gave them my details as a first time buyer heard nothing back but in fairness when I signed up they said it might be unlikely (other estate agents I've reviewed promised the moon on a stick and then never got back to me) but then I kept getting emails about investment properties and properties way outside my price range (4times outside it) so I assume the agent didn't bother listening to what I said. Either way went with another estate agent that wasn't useless

The staff in the sales office were hugely helpful in what turned out to be a complicated sale. We can't fault the assistance we received during the contract phase, and after the sale when we experienced issues with our sellers. However, the efficiency and professionalism of the sales tean has been massively tarnished by the constant harassment we are still receiving from the central office telemarketing service. Dozens of emails and phone calls a week, despite being asked to take our details off their list.
