We have just sold our house through Daniel James, and were very impressed with their service. They have a small team, which means whenever you call them, you get to speak to someone who knows what's going on. They keep you in the loop at all times, sending you data on viewings, online interest and local trends, and are very proactive throughout the sale process. Not the cheapest agents around, but you get what you pay for. A pleasure to work with, and thoroughly recommended.

This is the first time I have rented, and like anyone, was a bit unsure what i actually needed to do. Robyn was amazing really, very happy to break it down to basics for me. Nothing was an issue, including trying to get into the property again after viewing to get some measurements. Robyn was great. nothing more to say! and was very much appreciated. Alfie was also amazing. being there to get me in the house on very short notice, and on the first day when the boiler decided not to let me have any hot water. sorted it out and had a plumber there within an hour. Very impressed!

From start to finish dealing with Daniel James Residential was a great experience! My house had previously been on the market with another local estate agent and within the first 4 months we had zero viewings, so I was recommended to use Daniel James Residential. The approach to the sale was refreshing with some nice ideas and features to attract prospective buyers from the use of an extremely professional walk through video to some virtual staging which really made my property stand out, Within 2 months the property was sold. However this was not the end of this transaction, We were in a chain of four others which for various reasons became extremely protracted and went on for a further 4 months! I must add this was nothing to do with Daniel James, My Solicitor or myself but the lower chain which at certain times made me question whether this was the right deal for me. However, Daniel, Jane and Mary where always just a phone call away giving reassurance that this chain was solid, but for me what made a real difference was the way that Daniel took charge of the situation orchestrating the whole chain when things got difficult the whole team went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way and finally the sale was concluded. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel James as the agent for your next sale and I wish them all the success for the future. Richard.

I would like to recommend Daniel James Residential to anyone selling a property. My sister and I inherited our mother's house after she passed away and we decided to sell it with Daniel. Daniel and his team were fantastic. They were informative, helpful and utterly professional. We bought our house through Daniel James, the initial agent we spoke to was Jane, but we dealt with Daniel directly in the completion stage. We have dealt with many estate agents in the area, most of them rubbish. No knowledge of local area, no knowledge of the property, no enthusiasm.
