Absolutely shocking service from Richard Kendall's, we put our house on the market after being valued by Simon Kendall , 3 months later and we have had one viewing, no contact from Richard Kendall's, I have made numerous phone calls to recommend changing photos, sharing it on social media, lowering the price. Its difficult to see why they charge so much when I am the one telling them how to advertise my property.I have now put in notice to withdraw the property and spoke to a rather rude weekend manager who said that I was unable to speak with Simon Kendall as he deals with the letting side of things, funny how he was keen to speak to me when I was considering putting the house up for sale and now he's unavailable for the next 2 weeks!Extremely disappointing service from Richard Kendall's and I would not advise anyone to sell their home with this agent.

I sold my house through Richard Kendal ans it completed in June 23 and whilst it wasn't straightforward that was not down to Richard Kendal. Amanda kept us fully informed and up to date with progress. All in all I was happy with how the sale went.

GoogleFive Star Service Having lived in our house for over 50 years selling was a daunting prospect. From the start all the staff at the Ossett office were welcoming and very helpful. Mandy, who handled our sale, guided us through every step and kept us fully informed throughout. She did far more than we could reasonably have expected, always willing to make the extra effort to help ease our way through the process. Leah at Ossett Richard Kendal dealt with the purchase of our new house and worked on behalf of the vendor. However she was an absolute superstar, she was always in contact and checked in with us and kept us up to date. She went up and beyond for us even though she was not working on our behalf.She kept me very sane in a the mix of a very stressful time of moving house.

From my first meeting with Roger Hall, who viewed my property prior to sale, I knew I had chosen the right estate agents. The lovely Karen Preece, who was my appointed agent, kept me updated and calm, not always an easy task as the process of selling and buying progressed. Whenever I telephoned the office, the rest of the staff were wonderful, ensuring if they were not able to help, Karen or another agent would return my call very quickly. Our whole experience with Richard Kendall was 5*. From deciding to sell our home and making an offer on a new house, the team at Richard Kendall were there to support every step of the way. Joanne, Amanda and Liz gave constant updates to keep us in the loop on how the sale/purchase was going and helped to answer any questions that we had. Everyone was so friendly and approachable and made the stressful process of moving home so much easier. Thank you to everyone at Richard Kendall for all of your help. Fantastic service from start to finish from Amanda and Joanne. This was for a house purchase and it was a complicated case, however, we were provided with regular updates and this helped to calm our nerves. Any questions were dealt with quickly with Amanda and Joanne liaising with the vendor which meant that we did not have to rely on the lawyers who can be slow at times. It was very good to have dedicated staff who were dealing with our case and despite the inevitable bumps in the road, Richard Kendall's team proved to be fantastic. Following completion, I reported an issue with using the HIVE heating system and Joanne (who lived nearby) actually came around and demonstrated this for me. As such, our expectations were exceeded. Thank you both and as a result of this, I am now selling a property via Richard Kendall.
