GoogleWouldn't recommend we had our house with this branch a few months ago. No interest in selling our property at all. When we had viewings and wanted to hear some feed back it was always us that had to chase them. Also they have two seperate sides for buying and letting most of the time we had to speak to someone from the letting side because the selling side were never in the office poor.plus aswell seem to get the impression they were only interested in the upscale properties not the two bed properties like ours. My advice go with anoter estate agent especially if your selling a house below 150k

GoogleDon’t even know how this agent is still around, never had good experience with them. I went to sell my house with them and hadn’t heard anything for 2 weeks. No photos were taken, it wasn’t online and when I tried to take my money back they declined and said it was part of their service?!? What service, they didn’t provide any.
I was passed to this guy named Noel, he was negative and I came off the call feeling really upset. He wasn’t sympathetic at all. I escalated my complaint and got my money back. I hope Noel has had a lesson in common decency.

They are completely dishonest and the way we were treated recently was an absolute disgrace.
We made an appointment to view a property, which took us an hour to get there, knowing full well that it was already taken anyway.
Total waste of valuable time with no explanation or apology.
It's hard enough to find accommodation without total incompetence from an inept company.
Absolute shocking way to treat potential customers.
I will never use your company again, and will certainly not be recommending you to anyone.
