Hi Mr Pestana. Thank you for your review. I have tried to call you (as you are registered with us). I believe that your review was in relation to your recent applicant registration experience. We appreciate that you wanted to view one of our properties, but we have to know an applicant's position financially before booking any viewings - so that we can ensure that our vendors are only taking viewings from serious potential buyers that have already established their finances/borrowing ability etc. Please do call me if you wish to discuss further.
