GoogleWe worked with and were serviced by the most incredible team of Adam Manie and Kelly Watling. They were fabulous from the word go, kept ongoing and open communication which we believe is of paramount importance, specifically in the gloomy and not conducive external environment. Both had a phenomenal knack of breaking down tough conversations in their own unique way, and always finding a way out, displayed outstanding negotiation skills. I would say when the going gets tough" Adam and Kelly" get going, they are a great asset to Kenton's. We wish them the very best and a smashing future, all our referrals will go to them only.

Their marketing strategy was perfect and allowed her to achieve a fantastic price and when things did become a little trickier as we neared completion, were always on hand to guide and support. Not only are they professional but really personal as well and we built a great relationship while working with them. Could not recommend them highly enough!

GoogleI sent them 5 emails regarding one of their listings and had no reply to any of them..I think you would be better off using another company than this one.
Dear Mr Burley, Thank you for your review however we are rather baffled by your comments. I have checked your email address against our database and all email addresses on our system. We received a total of 3 emails from you in relation to the letting of a single garage in Bromley. First one on Monday 17th timed at 19.13pm from Onthemarket website. We also received an email from you on Tuesday 18th timed at 17.44pm, again on the Onthemarket website. Your 3rd and final email was a few minutes later at 17.49 directly to our office email. My colleague Maisie wanted to call you on Tuesday 18th, in the morning but you had not left a contact telephone number on the enquiry form. She subsequently emailed you at 13.17 on Wed 18, in response to your 2 emails sent 5 minutes apart. This is to your gmail account. I am happy to publish all the emails and logs online if you wish or I can send you these communications directly if you would like to contact us. Please kindly check your inbox and perhaps your junk box and you will see my colleague's email on the 19th at 13.17. I hope this clarifies the position. GoogleKenton really are miles above the rest when it comes to selling houses. Right from the initial valuation meeting to the final hand over of keys Kenton were first class. The moment Sia left our house when doing the valuation we knew they were the best (we had seen 4 within a week). He predicted the sale price, the timescale and the type of buyer who would end up owing our property. Their knowledge was impressive! Nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, respectful of the covid situation but managed everything that was necessary. We were particularly impressed with Kelly and Adam who helped us with everything! We had plenty of lows in our process from losing our buyer due to mortgage issues arising from covid, losing our job in the middle of the sale and then just as we were about to exchange on our onward purchase they decided to take it off the market! They handled communication expertly, they all worked together so there was no break in service when someone was out of the office and they were there to advise us every step of the way without being pushy. If we hadn’t moved from the area now I would use them every time we needed an estate agent! GoogleWe bought a property from Kenton 5 years ago and they were very professional. We needed to sell house now due to job relocation. Because the good experience with Kenton in the past, we decided to use Kenton now to sell the property. They arranged the viewing, provided on-time feedback, found the buyers, communicate with the solicitors and kept me informed the progress of the sale. Thanks a lot for all the helps from Sia, Sue and Kelly. All you them are very kind, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended from both buyer and seller's perspective from our experience.
