GoogleWe honestly can’t thank Adam enough for everything he’s done for us over the past few months. As first-time buyers, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Adam has been absolutely amazing from start to finish.
He’s been consistently professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive throughout. No question ever felt like too much trouble, and he always took the time to explain things clearly and reassure us when we needed it most. His communication has been excellent the entire way through, keeping us updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible.
What really stood out was how genuinely invested he was in helping us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, especially as we got closer to completion.
It’s made such a difference having someone so reliable and kind guiding us through such an important milestone. We’re so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
We’ve also had a really positive experience with Kenton’s as a whole. The team have been professional, organised, and supportive throughout, which made such a difference during what can be a stressful process.

GoogleSTAY AWAY FROM 17 PARKSIDE AVENUE. Awful estate agents (apart from Maisie she was helpful, considerate and fourth-coming) signed a tenancy for a house that was quite literally falling down, 30 years of tar that has just been painted over rather than cleaned, leaking taps, walls in the bathroom that stink and no matter how much you try to clean them the smell comes back, black mould on the windows, leaking ceilings, rat traps under the kitchen floors, dirty kitchen that we tried to wrap in DC fix which made it look a lot better than it was, although the kitchen needed replaced due to to tar and grime build up on it. There was problem after problem so we decided to terminate the contract. We then had our check out to be charged £500 for “repairs” we moved into the house for around 2 weeks the rest of the tkme was spent living at our old flat due to needing to seal the walls of tar with a primer as the smell was terrible, causing headaches as it was so strong of smoke. I would avoid getting trapped in this terrible house, problem after problem.

Thank you for your review. I am however baffled about some of your comments. You saw the property prior to signing a contract. The property was redecorated and new carpets had been laid down by the owners. In the first week of moving in, you reported a smell of tobacco and/or paint in the house. I visited you immediately and reported the problem back to the landlord. The landlord agreed to cancel the contract and refund you the rent and the deposit. You and Ben decided to stay on and requested that the landlord permit you to paint the house again in your own colour scheme and pay you for the cost of all meterials in doing so. We paid you £563.81 in refunds for paint you purchased, paint sprayer and other items. You chose to do the painting yourselves and not at the landlord’s request. You changed the colour scheme from magnolia to a dark grey. You also painted the kitchen cabinets to a dark grey colour and changed all the handles. I visited you several times. You reported a leaking tap which we got repaired in a timely manner. When you were half way through the painting you realised that this was too big a job for you to complete. We again offered you to rescind a 12 months contract early. You chose to do so and we both agreed that you will have to complete the painting as you had only painted the walls in patches and the corners were not finished. There were also several paint stains on the newly fitted carpets. I came to check you out and you and Ben were still painting and trying to clean hours after we had agreed a check out time. You finally left the key in the house and vacated the property. We had to employ a painter to go back and finish painting the walls. The kitchen door handles had not been fitted properly and had to be redone. The paint stains on the landing carpets had to be professionally removed. The £500 deducted from your deposit was actually not sufficient to cover the cost of repainting the walls and the kitchen cabinets repairs and carpet cleaning. This deduction was agreed by Ben after I visited the house on a Sunday despite it being my day off work so that your deposit refund was done first thing on the Monday morning. I am happy to publish online copies of all communications and transcript of the conversations, if you wish.

GoogleWe brought our house 3 years ago, the experience was very good, so when it came to selling again we returned to Kenton Estate agents.
We put our house on the market (internet) plus contact from their own customer base. We sold it the following Monday. Kelly handled all the viewings and at all times took on all our wishes when marketing the house.
We could not believe that we had 3 offers on the Monday to consider. If Kelly was not in the office when we phoned the other staff were able to help.
Can not fault the service as they are still keeping us updated with anything that's going on.
