GoogleMy fiancé and I rented a flat through Andrews in December. It is our first place together so we wanted to use an estate agents rather than renting privately so we knew we'd have help and support. We cannot fault them, James and Megan especially have been a great help with any questions or queries we've had and from the beginning have provided a great service. Would definitely recommend them

We have left countless telephone messages, e mails, and have even a member of Andrews Lettings team has e mailed our our behalf, pleading for help. Shocking lack of service, empty promises and no results....STILL waiting for a response....

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. False advertisement of property and lies, lies, lies from start to finish!! I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!
