From our experience last year we found them very helpful to begin with, but as time went by and sales collapsed they got less and less helpful. We even learned from our sellers estate agent James at Rush Witt & Willson that we had no chain at one point although we was told by Andrews the chain was complete and we should complete in about 8 weeks. Even our solicitors gave up with them as they gave incorrect information to them. Just out for one thing to get you on their books so they can get commission. The only thing they were true to their word about was to send through £100 of vouchers. This branch in my opinion is probably one reason why estate agents get such bad press.

I would like to thank staff at Andrews for making my dream come true. I have a lot of faith in them and would recommend them no end. The contact and communication from viewing to purchasing and moving into a property I purchased through them made me feel at ease with the whole process. I think a lot of attention was shown, making me realise how much they value their customers and it was not just about the vendors but also the buyers and in this case it was me. I am now in a home that I have only every dreamt about. Thank you. Winnie

Like talking to a brick wall

We have been trying to get viewing for properties to rent, however after many emails, online forms, phone messages and even Facebook messaged nobody seems to get back to us about organising them! How they have tenants I have no idea, as nobody can get viewings! I dread to think how they would be if we did rent from them, safe to say after reading other reviews I wil avoid like the plague.

Andrews Orpington have been exceptional during the sale of our house. James, Lisa and Shareen are friendly, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They fully explained the process throughout and no question felt like a stupid question. Andrews WP - Akshar & Tony, dependable lot!

My experience of dealing with Akshar (sales lead) and Tony (sales mgr) at Andrews WP office has been quite positive. Akshar has most patiently managed my queries through the tenure of the contract negotiation and Tony managed the back end, helping secure the house buy. Contrary to the other reviews here, my experience with Andrews has been nothing but very positive. I rent a property through them, and from the initial engagement visiting the office and chatting to Megan and Kim, all the way through the contract discussion and then on to their 'after sales' service, I have been impressed. The team are polite and courteous, knowledgable and always quick to respond to questions, I really can't fault the service. Great job guys!
