We have been customers of andrews mordern branch for 3 years. We had a lettings issue and could only speak to the sales manager Brian who was available. Even though it was not Brianβs department, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue. He followed up days after to ensure the issue was resolved. Brian understands how to treat customers and is the main reason we will continue to stay with andrews.

After signing the contract and paying rent and the deposit, I was told (2 days before I moved in) the flat was unsafe because it didn't have a thermostat and got told to live somewhere else until they got it fixed.
