GoogleI’ve used NSW Properties for a number of years to manage my residential properties and they’ve always been a very efficient agent. Their Rent on Time service, guaranteeing my rents, has given me reassurance that even if my tenants don’t pay the rent, I will still receive rents due. Their Property Management department have been really efficient in dealing with any property related issues and means that my tenants are really happy in our properties.

GoogleDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! NSW Properties refused to pay my landlord after I had payed them and suggested he evict me after attempting to hide the funds they had payed. As a result of this, I was issued with a s21 notice of eviction and upon requesting the leaseholders records of payment, NSW properties ceased communication. All of this is highly illegal. Horriffic service to landlords and tenants alike.

GoogleWorst estate agents ever, didn't do any gas safety checks or electrical checks in my home for over 2 years, wouldn't sort the damp until I stopped paying the rent, now won't reply to any of my emails because they know they're in the wrong. Now refusing to give my deposit back so taking the legal route.

GoogleThis company while nice on the outside whilst you sign your money over are TERRIBLY incompetent once you're in a contract. We have called, emailed, walked into their offices and they are so absolutely hesitant to actually help students under their care. Do not join a property under these people, they are terrible and do everything to ignore you except when it's time to pay.
