I sold my property with these and I…

I sold my property with these and I really couldn’t of wished for any better. I dealt with Donna hickey and Richard and they was both so professional and everything we could of hoped for. If it wasn’t for donna I really don’t believe I would of completed as she was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help. She chased day in day out as the chain was quiet long and messy. I do believe she also done everyone else’s job also! We really would love to say thank you to the whole team!

This is the second time we have used Balgores Hornchurch Lettings. Starr West was the lady who helped us find the right tenant for our property and I have to say she is truly a star 🌟 She was always attentive, very helpful and efficient when we had any questions or queries. She went through the letting process thoroughly and was always happy to help. This lady is a true asset to Balgores and will excel in this field. Thank for all your help Starr and I wish you all the best going forward 🙂

Fantastic service and very efficient…

Today we exchanged on our property using Balgores Hornchurch, 2 months after accepting offer!! Sale was slow at start but Billy at Balgores was persistent, continued to change things up and drive up interest, very knowledgeable of local market and also ensured only genuine buyers was shown round. After sale Donna picked up progression and was very good in pushing through the exchange swiftly, constantly providing regular updates and always available. Overall been very impressed with service and best we have used in all our purchases. Highly recommend

Thank you to Jay and Team,

Thank you to Jay and Team,In a period of absolute chaos for buyers, Jay has been absolutely brilliant. Buying is a stressful process as it is, especially when you have 101 other buyers making ridiculous offers, when it starts to feel impossible, Jay stepped in and really helped. There was that sense of value as a buyer, which in some cases can feel some what lost in these crazy times. He's very honest and says it as it is. This is great because you know you can rely and trust what he's saying. What's great more than anything is his availability, If I've ever had any questions he's always quick to respond and question is always answered and resolved promptly. He knew what we where after and was able to find something that we loved. I would highly recommend using Balgores, especially Jay, a true asset to the team!!

Excellent work by Jay and Donna

I am not the kind of person who writes review but had to do this one for Jay @ Hornchurch and Donna. They both have been amazing. Jay was always there to help and this house purchase would have fallen through without the help of Donna. She is an excellent progress chaser. She kept me informed all throughout the process and went the extra mile to get things done. I have used other high street agent and no comes even close to the service provided by Both Jay and Donna. They are both doing an excellent job and if I was to ever look for an agent I will only be using Balgores Hornchurch.

Balgores marketed and sold our property in basildon, from start to finish all staff were professional and happy to help. Special mention to Sarah Oakley who is a real asset to the sale process. All front of house staff are very good and keep you well informed in what is a lengthy and stressful process. Well done all, Marcus.

A massive thank you to Chris Wilkinson…

A massive thank you to Chris Wilkinson who is the area manager for Balgores Mortgages. I was a bit sceptical of using Balgores in house broker service, but I am so glad I listened to them. Chris has been absolutely amazing from start to finish; incredibly professional, clearly knows what he's doing and talking about! He was very calm, approachable, accecable and reassuring. He was incredibly transparent about everything. Ticked all the boxes you'd want in a broker. He was also able to get me considerably more on my mortgage! The whole process felt swift and stress free. Thank you Chris and your team, cannot recommend enough (if you work for Police or NHS - no brainer, Chris really understands the payslip structure).

A huge thank you to Kellee and Donna!

We had an absolute nightmare of a time trying to sell our house for various reasons outside of our control (and Balgores' control for that matter)- land registry problems, an unprofessional solicitor on the other side, etc. etc. 2 sales fell through and the one that did finally go through took almost 6 months. I honestly think if we had had any other estate agents we would have simply given up. They didn't lose patience with us or our house and kept on going, getting us a decent price in the end.Kellee is an absolute professional- viewings were always lined up quickly and the communication was super. She even looked after our house when we moved abroad.Donna pushed everything through tirelessly and saved my sanity in the process! She is absolutely wonderful to work with.A huge thank you to both of you and everyone at Balgores!!

Excellent service from Balgores, Hornchurch.

From the start Kellee was professional and very keen to sell our property. Her valuation was the same as another few estate agents, apart from one who severely undervalued. We used Balgores (Hornchurch) because Kellee shone through. Numerous viewings were arranged very quickly by her team, and Balgores did all the viewings backed up with regular communication.Dan of MAB was superb from start to finish with our mortgage. Donna Hickey was fantastic through the stressful last stages of the sale to completion. Balgores knew we were buying our next property via another estate agent, but they did not hound us. Well done Balgores, you've chalked up another happy customer. We would certainly recommend Kellee and her team at Hornchurch.

Would recommend 👍🏼

Christian and his team took over our mortgage application following some severe incompetence from our previous broker. Christian was very prompt with his correspondence throughout the process of restarting our entire application and although we were incredibly upset about having to do this, he ensured the process was as painless as possible. We got things over the line within 3 weeks which we were very happy with. I would recommend Christian and his team to anyone with mortgage needs.

Hornchurch Branch

My first time in selling a property and Donna was truly amazing. It was a very lengthy process with a few complications but Donna was so understanding, supportive and mostly reassuring. She answered every email I sent instantly and went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through smoothly. If I was buying or selling another property I wouldn’t hesitate to use Balgores and would highly recommended them also.

Balgores Romford team

Glenn Hardie was our mortgage broker and Bobby Taylor our estate agent. A brilliant team! Glenn was very professional and thorough, spending a lot of time explaining our available mortgage options and always making himself available for any questions. Ultimately helping us in securing a financial product with a very good interest rate!Bobby likewise is very professional and proactive. In fact the house we have just purchased was put forward to us by Bobby who arranged a viewing. We would not have viewed this property otherwise. He is always available for questions and throughout the transaction has been brilliant support in liaising with our surveyor, lawyers and providing us access to the property when required. A great service from a brilliant team!

I was kept fully up to date with how the sale was progressing by Balgores who endured a trouble free completion was reached. I would have no hesitation using Balgores again.

Brilliant service, would highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted that we chose to go with Joe at Balgores on the sale of our property. Every step of the experience was made as easy as possible for us and he was incredibly supportive not just on our sale, but also helped us overcome the many challenges we faced on our linked onward purchase. Joe was a real ‘partner’ and went through it all with us. He was empathetic and professional, and we really can’t thank him enough for all the hours he put in for us. We couldn’t have done it without him! We’d highly recommend Joe and the team- he gave us a really exceptional service.

Phenomenal Service.

The mortgage advice and service provided by Sean Londors has been second to none. He managed to secure a mortgage offer for us in 4 days, where I am still waiting after 5 weeks with another broker. Also, the teamwork between Sean and the team at Balgores Basildon has been faultless. Thank you so much for making such a positive impact so quickly. It has been a pleasure.

Paul Young Highly recommend! We were referred to Paul by our mortgage adviser to discuss possible income and general life protection. Paul was very helpful and insightful, he went out of his way to provide us with more information than needed, prefilled in forms and gave some great points, which we have followed through with. Thank you Paul!

Want to sell your house use Balgores…

Joe and the team at Brentwood are very conscientious and motivated to sell for you. Good communicators keeping you fully informed. The after sale service, before exchange and completion is excellent. This is when other agents drop off but Joe and the team worked hard to drive it through. Also calm you explaining the little hiccups are every day to them and help pacify you. Thanks and would definitely use Balgores again.

Michael and Mackensie were excellent. Michael is very knowledgeable and was able to talk us through all of our options in this difficult climate. He worked hard and on a short time frame to secure us the best possible mortgage. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in a few years time.
