TrustpilotPoor communication
Poor communication, my buyer & myself did most of the chasing. Ryder Dutton good sales, poor back office
Dear Phill,I understand the Chadderton branch have been in contact with you to discuss your review. We accept some of the communication from the solicitor we referred you to could have been better and we would like to apologise for this. It wasn't the easiest of sales with issues with the property sale further down the chain which were largely out of our control, but we certainly tried hard to keep things moving and keep all parties informed and we are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations.Kind regards,Jake RowsonSales Director - Ryder & Dutton

TrustpilotGreat communication
From the moment Conor met us at the property, he has kept in contact and is always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. At the end of the sale, Michaela and Conor helped us to tie the sale up in order for us to collect the keys after what was a frustrating day. Thank you for all your help, appreciated.

TrustpilotSold my house on the first weekend
Ryder and Dutton sold my house on the first weekend when there were 5 consecutive viewings arranged back to back. I was fortunate enough to have 3 offers from these. I opted to use the solicitors Ryder and Dutton recommended. I don't have such a good review for them however. I would like to thank and sing the praises of Emma Spiers who was always willing to chase my solicitor when I couldn't get hold of them, and the buyer's solicitor, to keep the sale on track. Highly recommended.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
