Ryder and Dutton sold my house on the first weekend when there were 5 consecutive viewings arranged back to back. I was fortunate enough to have 3 offers from these. I opted to use the solicitors Ryder and Dutton recommended. I don't have such a good review for them however. I would like to thank and sing the praises of Emma Spiers who was always willing to chase my solicitor when I couldn't get hold of them, and the buyer's solicitor, to keep the sale on track. Highly recommended.

Got notified the day a house went on the market for sale and expressed interest. Was sent an email advising to choose a date and time suitable to review the property so I did and thought all was sorted (or so I thought) Turns out the email the estates agent send you is so that the estate agent can then call you and get your business on their books, it’s nothing to do with viewing houses. Totally misleading and false advertising and I will be putting a formal complaint In with the governing body. I know it’s a dog eat dog world since covid but come on, this way of working is lower than the low. appalled by this tactic and I will not be buying a house through this estate agent.
