My house sold fairly quickly. They do charge alot to sell your property. I kept communicating with them which was quite good. I think they could bring there fees down tho. Overall a good service but if you have a good property shop around for better fees. As it will sell anyway.

If i could put 0 stars i would of broke the button.Well, I don’t really know where to start on Ryder and Dutton- Worst estate agents known to man. Unfortunately the house we have bought was through them or else we definitely wouldn’t of picked them. Everything’s going ok putting offers in for the house etc, until our offer is accepted, that’s where it all goes down hill. Absolutely no contact from Laura Chadderton who was meant to be dealing with us, I’m having to ring her for answers which she should know but doesn’t. I’m ringing to tell her stuff because she ignores phone calls and emails. One day I rang and she was on her lunch for most of the day, if you’re going to lie because she is being ignorant I’d prefer to be told that then blatantly lied to. I get a phone call off my solicitors saying you’ve basically got an hour to pick your keys up for your new home, we arrived over an hour later…. NO KEYS!! I would love to say I’m shocked but I’m not. They had no idea the keys were coming. No they were already meant to be there, this is what I mean about lack of communication. I get very annoyed and upset in the shop, there’s a girl (Laura) another unnamed girl and a lad called Richard sat there, they all start laughing with each other whilst you can see I’m in distress and want some answers. Richard “hahaha I’m going on my lunch now” I still can’t really understand what’s so funny about the company you work for making the last 4/5 months of my life a living hell. Last of all I bought this house CHAIN FREE, Laura told me it was chain free, the lady and man who did the viewings said it was chain free, the owner said it was chain free, but it was strange how long this process took and how many times we got brushed off with stupid excuses which made us realise we are in a chain… I would not of bought this house if it was in a chain originally, I needed a quick move which this house was meant to be.. clearly I was mistaken. Whilst I was in the office I said to Laura how annoying it was waiting for this house and she said well yes you are in a chain so it takes longer, well my face must have been a picture as I’ve been told off everyone that I’m chain free.. So how would you like to answer this? You deserve no custom at all. I will never be recommending this place to anyone and I’d prefer to keep my house for the rest of my life than ever sell it with your company.
