I use R & D as my letting agent for my one property. I had to chase my rent from them last month and they explained how this had happened. I didn't expect the same thing to happen the following month. And when I've phoned and emailed them I've not received a reply. I would not recommend using them due to the difficulties I've had communicating with them

Ryder & Dutton continue to cause an annoyance around the miles platting area. Myself and various houses on the estate have clear signs on their postboxes stating NO FLYER or service leaflets yet then continue to post flyers through our letterboxes. If you can’t get the basics right then god help those people who sign up to their services
We're sorry to hear you've received this leaflet, our delivery team do endeavour to ensure they notice any signs saying homeowners do not want flyers etc, we apologise we've missed this on this occasion and will make our team aware for future.

The delay was extremely frustrating but your staff are not proactive and did not on many occasions call us back. We only got to know by accident that they’d lost their buyer. James did say they only needed a small mortgage. We weren’t given a brochure of our property and when asked I got a few pages not even paper clipped together. The word on the street whenever it’s been mentioned is that your customers are a hindrance and your staff are not very goodThere were many other things that occurred and the solicitors you recommended for our buyers are inefficient and lazy. If I could do anything about the house buying process I would ensure that the fees charged for your service are substantially reduced as you don’t provide value for money. I’ve worked with excellent negotiators over the years so I know what I expected and didn’t receive. You Leanne are very good at your job but let down by your office.

Very helpful, at the beginning and end of sale. My boiler broke down prior to moving in on removal day in my new home. Emmy went above and beyond to support. A little quiet mid sale and didn’t always return calls at this point. But the support at the end was amazing.

R&D provided a professional, friendly, comprehensive service under pretty difficult circumstances!!!Every member of staff was pleasant and always called back when they said they would during the process.In final completion phase Jenny Boyle, the Move Manager, provided great support for which we are very grateful. Her regular updates and discussions with the solicitors definitely kept this difficult process on track. We wouldn’t hesitate to use R&D again - hopefully under easier circumstances!

I tried another agency to sell my house first but after a couple of failed attempts I switched to Ryder and Dutton. (I used the first agency as they were cheaper). Ryder and Dutton arranged multiple viewings within a very quick time period and we received competing offers which helped us to achieve the best price. Ryder and Dutton were always responsive and professional and the house was sold and moved to completion quickly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them
