Dreadful. Advertised a property in December and the sellers didn’t find their onward purchase until September. This has dragged on for far too long. And on the day of completion DIDNT communicate with the sellers to ensure they were out of the property by the time of completion. This meant we could not move into our property until almost 4 hours after completion due to the sellers still moving out. The people in the office seemed to think it was amusing when I continued to call them to find out when we could come and collect the keys to OUR house. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY. AWFUL SERVICE TO BUYERS.

I have used Ryder & Dutton now several times in the course of both buying and selling houses. I can honestly say they offer a truly professionally service in both the valuation and sales preparation, and also in the standard of communication during the process.Fran Whittle was top class in the sale valuation and preparation of the sales documents for the web site.Catherine Salisbury carried out the sales negotiations between vendor and purchaser with total professionalism, a true credit to the company and the business she serves in.Thanks Fran and Catherine for making my house move completely stress free.Although I was impressed with R&D I would steer clear of their recommended solicitors Russel & Russel, I thought the service from them was appalling and I would say R&D only recommend them for the referral fee. Took 5 attempts for R&R to get the account statement correct but sent incorrect item on completion, tried for over two weeks to get them to issue the final account or even acknowledge it will arrive, useless waste of time.

We feel let down by Ryder & Dutton also our solicitor, we.ve had nothing but trouble since we moved in,Boiler hadn't been serviced in years,its an old one so now we have to buy a new one.We did ask for this to be done,trouble with gas meter ,found out it was a card meter,still having trouble with that,they had a debt on it which we found out we was paying it.Electrics not good having trouble with that,so not very happy about the service we have paid for....

Although our house sale was turbulent, Ryder and Dutton were absolutely amazing and offered a brilliant service throughout. We both sold and purchased a house through Ryder and Dutton and their team worked relentlessly to make things happen for us. James Sibthorp, the agent overseeing our sale, offered excellent advice, kept us up to date with every development and fully supported us with our sale and ongoing purchase. We can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond to help us out. Fiona Joyce, the agent overseeing our purchase property, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and did everything she could to keep the chain intact. Leanne Randall provided great valuation advice and support where needed. I have already recommended Ryder and Dutton to friends, and I won’t hesitate to use them in the future. They are knowledgeable, experienced and overall a lovely team of people.
