Although the process to sell mums house took along time and was extremely painful Catherine Salisbury's did a marvellous job. She was tenacious in her approach to get the sale through. She contacted me on a weekly basis to keep me updated and chased the relevant parties through to completion. She was always on hand to chat through the status. She is an asset to Ryder & Dutton. 5 stars goes to Catherine :)

We bought a property from Ryder and Dutton, Carmel handled the sale, she was absolutely on the ball, gave great updates and chased both solicitors, I didn’t have to do much, I have bought a few properties in the past and I am very critical about other estate agents but Carmel is a five star agent for sure. Ryder & Dutton gave us good advice all the way through the process, from valuing and marketing the property to dealing with offers and final completion. In particular, Amy Heaton was great. She phoned at the start of each week to keep us updated, even when there was nothing to report. She also helped to chase our buyers when there were some delays.

Catherine the sale progressor is amazing! She wasn't even my estate agent, she was our vendors estate agent, but she was brilliant in keeping everyone up to date with information! Would definitely recommend ryder and dutton based in our experience with Catherine alone. They were great with arranging initial viewings for us that fit in with our work and home life, offering evening viewings shown around by the vendors. 10/10 service, Catherine is an asset to the team!

The personal touch boosts everything. People were approachable and kept appointments on time. ,any concerns were speedily addressed, and any difficulties explained. I really cannot see how service could be improved. However being in a senior age group I found use of emails and remote signing daunting and off putting - could old fashioned paper be offered as an alternative?
