Perfect service from start the finish. We mainly dealt with Kia who made the process so easy and stress-free for us as first time buyers. She helped in anyway she could and kept us in the loop. Fiona was also great, easy to speak to and explained anything we needed clarifying. They also made the key collection special which was a nice touch!

Such a great company and especially Amy Heaton who went above and beyond to help us with the sale. Amy also helped us with communication with my own solicitors Northainley who would not return our phone calls or emails. She managed to get hold of them every time and sort out any problems we had and kept us updated.

Sam and Mus were amazing, not just with the viewing process but also the lettings process, Sam kept me up to date with all circumstances regarding my application status and next steps and Mus altered his calender to allow me to recieve my keys earlier than anticipated, I massively appreciated both impeccable customer service.

They say moving homes is one of the most stressful times of your life and this time was certainly no different for me but I wanted to give huge amount of credit to Ryder & Dutton Chadderton especially to Carmel Eveleigh who is a massive asset to the business. They didn’t have much to do because the house sold itself, I feel they grossly underestimated its value which proved correct when offers started to come in, however, I have to thank Jade & Michaela for keeping us informed and up to date with everything as it moved on.

Such an easy process buying through R&D.
