Had amazing experience with Ryder & Dutton estate Agents. Freya and Rachael Hilton were spot on with their work. Can’t thank Rachael Hilton for making our move so easy and convenient. We had only 4 weeks to move, we were really stressed but Rachael and Freya arranged our viewing according to the time that suited us as me and my husband both are working full-time. All the documentation work was done on time. Throughout the process Rachael kept us updating time to time and within 3 weeks we were in our new home. Freya was very kind and helpful to show us our new home and made sure we have access to everything. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Rachael Hilton and Freya for all the hard work that you both put in for making our move stress-free.

We recently sold our home with Ryder & Dutton and purchased our next one through them at the same time. Kris came out to do the initial valuation and was very thorough, informative but most of all, lovely. We’d spoken to another estate agent previous to Ryder & Dutton who didn’t come out to value our house, just had a quick phone call and that was it. Kris came prepared with a folder of information about our house and went through everything ensuring we fully understood the process. Once on the market we were looked after by Naveen, who again, was absolutely brilliant. From booking in viewings, phoning giving us feedback and securing our buyer, she was nothing but personable, professional and really on the ball with everything giving us updates as and when she could. When buying our next home we dealt with Lauren who just like Kris and Naveen, was professional, personable and kept us up to date every step of the way. Both Naveen and Lauren had the answer to every question I asked and made the whole process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.

The lovely Jenna at Ryder & Dutton Heywood. I cannot praise her enough. Her communication was excellent, she made the whole process so easy for me. I am neurodiverse and struggle with paperwork and long processes. Jenna helped me through each stage, clarifying info from solicitors, passing messages through the chain and remaining positive. I had a change of circumstance 2 weeks before completion meaning we had to start again but everyone pulled together to get me to complete on time. The team are kind and dedicated, definitely experts in their field. Thanks so much R&D Heywood, especially Jenna&Megan, for your hard work and support. Would definitely buy and sell with you again ☺️

I recently bought a property through Ryder & Dutton and was very happy with the service provided!The sale didn't go too smoothly and was a lengthy process (through no fault of Ryden & Dutton). Matt was there to help throughout. I was also away for a full month towards of the sale where there were a few complications. Matt was great in these circumstances and helped by communicating going back and forth with all parties to find out exactly what was needed to get the sale complete for me not long after I got back. I recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton, Heywood branch. With it being my first ever sale, I was nervous and had a lot of questions throughout the process. From start to finish it was a great experience. Fran Whittle, Jenna Henley and the rest of the team were very helpful, always available to answer any questions and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and as quickly as possible, always with a smile and helpful advice. Jenna kept me informed every step of the way and I felt very comfortable asking questions and asking for advice when needed. I am giving 4 stars not because the service provided by Ryder & Dutton wasn’t very good, because it was. Our contact Laura Chadderton was always available to answer any questions. The issue was the buyers solicitors (ConveyancingHome) who were on the Ryder & Dutton recommended list. They were awful unprofessional and had to be chased constantly and it got that bad that I had to raise a complaint with them directly. The whole process has been very stressful. Moving is stressful enough without conveyancers/solicitors making it worse. A huge thank you to Laura who I give 5 stars to.

We sold our house and bought our flat both through Ryder Dutton Rawtenstall in June.Graham was very easy and pleasant to deal with, and always happy to help. Leon took us through the process and was also easy to speak to and very helpful - and in particular very patient when there were slight glitches along the way. Matt was very helpful too, and Megan guided us through the final stages and was always cheerful and quick to respond.All in all, we would highly recommend using the Rawtenstall branch.

Throughout my home buying process, Ryder and Duttons Team has been absolutely impeccable. My main point of contact throughout the process was Geraldine who not only kept me updated regularly via email but also called me to check in and was amazing at responding to any queries I had. Excellent service provided by Ryder & Dutton. Jade and Michaela were fantastic and kept me informed about viewings and feedback from them. Once I accepted an offer Jenny the Sales Manager took over. It wasn’t a straight forward sale as quite complex. Jenny was superb, so professional and kept me informed every step of the way. She really did go above and beyond and I can’t thank her and the team at R&D enough.

Incredibly happy with the service throughout. Sold and purchased with R&D and would absolutely do the same again. They made a very stressful time easier and I'll be forever grateful for all the help provided. The whole team were amazing but a special mention must be given to Geraldine Marsden who worked tirelessly to manage the chain where she could and went above and beyond for me from the moment she picked everything up. I sold via the Chadderton office, bought via the Middleton office, Geraldine was a constant on both sides.

Throughout the whole process of moving our elderly parents, Ryder and Dutton in Rawtenstall were fantastic to deal with. I would like to recognise Alex McMahon and Graham, in dealing so sensitively with their situation, they were very generous with their time in making everything run as smoothly as possible. Alex took on the communications. She was extremely efficient, she updated us regularly and our calls were dealt with promptly and intelligently. And with a kindness which we really appreciated . I would like to thank Branch Coordinator Laura Chadderton at Ryder And Dutton Oldham for making our experience great.We moved to Ryder And Dutton after marketing our property for over a year with another agency and were placed with Laura and immediately we knew we were in safe hands. Laura committed to selling our property and her professionalism and expertise was immediately apparent. She organised a the diary for viewings and kept all parties informed at all times. Laura maintained a dedication to selling the house even when we lost thr first buyer which was very reassuring and we completed with the second buyer today. She has gone above and beyond to make the sale as seamless as possible and has kept us updated on the progress of the sale even if she was on leave . I recently sold my property with Ryder & Dutton, Heywood branch. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Starting with Fran Whittle who came out to do do the initial valuation with her obvious experience and knowledge of the local market, which is the most important aspect of selling. She also did the photographs and write up and it was listed online within just a few days. From that point on I dealt with Megan D’Angelillo at the local branch who was just excellent in every aspect of her position. She moved to another branch shortly after and Jenna Henley took over, who was also excellent, extremely efficient, professional and with great communication. They have perfected their process and they execute so well, both individually and as a Team. I received multiple, daily emails about viewings which happened immediately the house was listed, which they also handled for me. I had multiple offers within the first week and Jenna was on the ball at all times until we accepted an offer that we were very happy with. Once we agreed with the buyer, the transaction went as quickly as their bank would allow. Jenna kept me informed every step of the way, I never had to call once to ask for updates, she preempted any question before I even asked. It’s rare to get such service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It becomes very apparent that using your local estate agent who has known the local area for so many years is a must for viewings and communication. I also used a solicitor they are not connected to but are familiar with due to their long, established network of local vendors, which made communication flow much better than if I’d introduced a random, unknown solicitor. This just added to the efficiency of their process to completion. I had no issues at all. Had there been any I would rather have a highly experienced local company on my side than a random online company who have no connection or attachment to the area. I can recommend Ryder & Dutton without hesitation, it was a pleasure to deal with them. Big thanks to Fran, Megan and Jenna, and Catherine who communicated with me also, you were all totally awesome!
