Absolutely first class service from my first telephone call enquiring through to completing the sale. I had one main point of contact, Rachel, who expertly guided me through the whole process, giving excellent advice . The suggestion to offer an attractive guide and reserve price succeeded in attracting a lot of interest and an excellent sold price.The house I sold is tenanted with a tenant who was anxious about me having to sell the house and a special thank you for the sensitive way in which Rachel communicated with my tenant, putting her at ease.

They are complete rip off.They sent my solicitor and I the documents very kate and then they are charging us over £1500 for late completion charges.Do not buy from them they are scammers and have made my life a living hell.I already struggled to raise the funds but they do not care at all about my situation.They are evil people and have made me physically ill.

We understand it’s business but you can’t be greedy too much. Avoid any cost if you’re in process read the contract first before bidding. Highly professional service. I was given a key contact or account manager and they were pro-active in keeping in touch and advising on progress. My property went through two auctions (it was in a terrible state). In the first auction it didnt reach the reserve price, but second time around it went for a price beyond highest expectations. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to recommend this company. An auction can be a daunting experience, but Auction House gained my trust and we had a happy ending.

I had had issues selling my property through the estate agent. They were brilliant, but I had a buyer who let me down very badly and therefore we wasted over a year waiting for a sale. My estate agent suggested I use auction house south west to sell the property. From the very beginning Chris at the auction house kept me in the loop. Every week I had an email keeping me up to date with viewings and views on Zoopla. The house didn't sell at the first auction, but was entered into the second auction. It sold for a very good price and gave me great piece of mind that it had finally been sold. Highly recommended.

During a very difficult time of my uncle passing away, we put his property up for auction via Auction House - Kent and Essex branch. Andrew and his team could not have offered a better service - they were incredible. The process was very easy, I didn’t need to do much at all aside bring down ID and complete an short form which they assisted with. They are a great team. Great advice and expertise were offered by the team including valuation. Communication was very open, clear, and constant throughout the process. I was invited to watch the auction online. The property sold within a month or just over and sold £44,000 above the asking price. I could not be happier or have had a better experience! Thank you to a wonderful team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Auction House Essex and Kent!

I had never thought of auctioning 'Greenbraec' - our family home for over 60 years. Then I met Bryan! His ability to empathise with my situation of being 'last man standing' and feeling the responsibility of letting go of the property was reassuring. His knowledge and experience of the auction world was immediately apparent. Above all, it was obvious he cared. My logic being if he cares about me and the house , then that care will show through in the auction process. How right I was, seen when watching and listening to the auction on September 13th- so impressive!Indeed all the staff I came into contact with at Auction House, Norwich showed the same approach. To show I care too - I do hope Daniel, who bumped his head on a beam during the auction of Greenbraec, isn't still nursing a headache"!
