After being recommended to contact Auction House, I was led though the process of auctioning my property by John. The procedure was very straightforward and any questions answered promptly. I was kept informed at all times of how it was proceeding. On the day of the auction I was promptly informed of the selling price and prompt payment was made.

I found the whole experience of dealing with Auction House a professional and easy process with an added personal touch. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. Traditional service comes to mind. I felt able to hand matters over knowing it was in safe hands with the experts. After a considerable period of frustration going through the conventional sales route, and not receiving decent offers, we contacted Auction House for help, knowing little about auctions. we were helped and advised by Briony Grimshaw, who was very helpful, and kept us fully informed right upto auction day.We really should have gone down this route much earlier, and we ended up with a sale and at a price that we had not expexted.Well done AHWY

The service we received from Auction House was superb from the first meeting through to the sale of our house. Mark was extremely pleasant to deal with and Jenny was wonderful, providing compassionate support throughout the viewing and auction process, while also always putting our wishes first. We could not have received better support from Jenny and we were delighted to have her as our liaison and representative. Approaching retirement age, I decided to sell my properties in the north-east, as managing them was becoming more and more difficult for me.Not wanting to nurse possible purchasers through the sales process, and to be let down several weeks down the line, I was introduced to Auction House North East. I admit to being extremely apprehensive prior to meeting the team, however, one of the guys came out to my property to discuss the process and to put my mind at ease.Four weeks after the auction, I had cash in the bank and was amazed at the customer service. I would not hesitate in using this straight forward talking and very proactive company again.
