The property sector is full of people who cream money off you at every stage and deliver poor service. I am very pleased to say I have had the opposite experience with Auction House Manchester. Having tried to sell my property first via a Cash Buying Company and then via my Lettings Agent (disasters), I went with Manchester Auction House, having researched the auction market carefully. Rachel and Evie have been fantastic. They are prompt, professional, courteous, realistic. On auction day I was very nervous but it was extremely well managed and I was very fortunate to have a number of bidders who far exceeded what I expected on price. Now with fingers crossed for successful completion! Thanks.

Chris and Steve made the whole transition really easy in a very stress full time of our lives,he explained how it would work and the best strategy he thinks would be the best solution to sell our three units.They even passed on the solicitors who be best in our situation. We didn't follow the Auction on line but got a phone call from Chris to tell us that all three had been sold at the best price that he could get and what the next step will be.All round a very helpful team and I wont hesitate to use them again.

I have previously bought through the Auction House, so i have full confidence in them as a whole. But since the change of going on line to bid, i have needed extra TLC. I have called them so many times, to confirm, if i am doing the right thing etc and they have been so friendly, so patient with me, especially Stephen. You are great at your job, i can imagine you get some demanding people expecting the world, but i so appreciate you, giving me the confidence and help when needed, i am on the right path. Ps thanks to the lady whom also has patience and Chris, who was very helpful too.

I was passed onto Auction House West Yorkshire by my estate agent as my property was not suitable for a normal sale, due to its condition. Stephen and Jon were my points of contact and managed all aspects of the process of sale from arranging my EPC, brochure, house viewings, giving feedback from viewings etc. and all the way through to the auction itself on 14/12/22. I was very impressed with how they supported and helped me throughout, which was most appreciated as I did not have any prior knowledge or experience of house selling by auction. I felt that they went the extra mile for me as they provided meter readings several times that I required for my energy provider, as I was unable to get them myself due to living in Buckinghamshire. I was most grateful for this and not having to make a special journey up to Yorkshire to do this saved me both a lot of money and time.I would thoroughly recommend Auction House West Yorkshire to anyone who is selling a property that requires a sale by auction.
