GoogleMadison Oakley provided me with a huge amount of support when I purchased a flat. In fact, if it wasn't for them, I'm not sure how I would have coped with the stress! They kept me up to date on the purchase, often providing me with information before my solicitor did, and responded quickly to any questions that I had, liaising between myself and the vendor. They were professional, friendly and approachable throughout.

GoogleVery efficient and professional service. Carey was very knowledgeable about house prices for a house that needed extensive modernisation. Davina obtained several offers and a buyer for the property within a couple of weeks. Sarah then effectively managed the sales process. All the staff were very friendly and answered any queries by e-mail or phone promptly.

This is the best Estate Agents that i have had dealings within Bath. I would highly recommended them to anyone as the first estate agents they visit for either buying or renting. GoogleBrilliant Sales and Letting Agents We bought a property in Oldfield Park back in 2015 through Madison Oakley. Very straightforward transaction and my great niece used it for her stay at Bath University. Once she no longer needed it they let the property for us, finding us very suitable tenants, looking after the property and providing us a good return on our investment. Very recently we had decided we would sell and in a more difficult marketplace they have sold the property for us too. Excellent performance on every occcasion. Many thanks.

GoogleUnprofessional as it goes. Arranged a viewing, then they said they have a lot of interest and we should make an offer that excees asking rental price. The works were unfinished and they said if you finish them yourselves and pay from your pocket it will count to your benefit for renting the property. Worst agents in Bath.

GoogleWe chose Madisons due to their experience in selling property. No sales talk just the required facts, info and what we needed to know to sell the house, which was greatly appreciated. We had a slightly longer sale period due to requiring deeds and probate but Madisons staff all gave excellent service, advice and help throughout. Photos and info of the property were superb and any unusual question I asked was answered with patience and understanding. In the end the sale price was pretty much as Madisons originally specified. Overall, we were very impressed. Many thanks to you all.
