This is the worst ever real state that I had. They lied to us, they reduced our deposit without any clear reason, in addition they got us a month more than rent and they lied to us about it after 1 month paid us back lower than actual rent. Worst ever real state in Manchester!

GoogleI rented from Waterhouse for just over a year dealing mainly with Terry. He is a great guy very friendly and always available when needed. When we vacated the property everything was dealt with and our deposit returned quickly. Would highly recommend.

Waterhouse Estate Agents managed our move IN to our current flat, and have been incredibly helpful and understanding as we move OUT of that flat! Very friendly, knowledgeable, fair and transparent. Felt like they were working to get the best for our landlord AND us (which is incredibly hard to find in the lettings market!). Reference checks and payments were incredibly quick and smooth, couldn't be happier.
