I rented a property from Water house for 2 and a half years, the property manager Terry responds almost instantly to any queries and any issues that need to be fixed. While looking for an accommodation in a very busy time of the year, they were quicker at responding and preparing documents than other agencies. During the tenancy, they were good mediators with the landlords and always efficient. The Agency was also understanding during the Covid-19 emergency.
