My wife and I recently sold a house through Fiuran Property. They have three different fee options to choose from, the choice really being dependent on how quickly you think the property will sell. We chose the lowest option (GBP495) because we felt sure the house would sell quickly. For this sum we got: very useful advice on how best to prepare the property for viewing so that it looked its best; recommendations on surveying companies for the preparation of the Home Report; discussion of the valuation and recommended selling price taking into account the current state of the Argyll property market; a portfolio of photographs with a listing on the Fiuran website. Mrs Pagan is sensitive to the fact that an elderly lady on her own might feel intimidated at the thought of receiving prospective buyers and offered to lead or accompany the viewings. All in all it was excellent value for money.

Very professional & extremely helpful as we were first time sellers so we hadn't a clue. Laura was always at the end of the phone if we wanted any help or an update with the sale of our flat and she always kept in touch with us via email or on the phone also. The particulars of our flat were great, very clear wording and brilliant photos and the website is very well laid out and easy to navigate through. Would highly recommend Fiuran Property.

A huge thank you to Fiuran for selling my property. When I decided to sell a much loved family home many locals recommended me to use Fiuran's services. I am so glad I took that advice. In extremely difficult times (including lock-down) Laura has gone well beyond her obligations and the sale is now completed. At all times matters were handled in a professional, competent, helpful and friendly manner. Laura has also shown sensitivity and understanding of the personal needs and circumstances of both the seller and the buyers. Excellent! Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend Fiuran and Kelie enough. We didn’t actually sell our property through Fiuran (we definitely will next time) but we bought through her and she kept us informed and up to date with the developments in the chain of properties. Kelie was extremely professional, kind and went over and above to help us. Thank you for everything!

Prompt, professional and efficient service. The flat literally sold in days. With regular communication by email, Laura kept us informed about progress and helped us catch any issues before they had a chance to grow wings. The result of this was an exceptionally smooth, relatively painless house sale. I would definitely recommend Fiuran and have no doubt that the flat would not have sold as quick without Fiuran's involvement. Thanks Laura
