We have now bought two house and sold one using Fiuran and could not recommend Laura, Gillies, and other Laura more highly. Our interactions have spanned over 9 years and they have always been professional, approachable and effective in what they do. The property photos they take are the absolute best that you will see on the market and they are always at the end of the phone and ready to answer your questions and provide valued guidance. I have yet to meet anyone who has not had a good experience with them.

Fantastic team from start to finish. This was a very personal sale for me as it was my family home. From the first sit down with Gillies and Laura i knew i was in safe hands. No hidden fee’s or agendas. Everything clear and upfront front. Laura M and Alan were both fantastic with viewings, organising things around my schedule as best we could and letting me know straight away about last minute changes. Through the sale the team touched base with me on a regular basis about stats and performance which helps put your mind at ease. I wish I had a Thesaurus handy for more superlatives! The standard of service from Laura and her team at Fiuran was stunning from the initial phone call to the completion of the sale. Utterly professional, responsive, agile and competent. The photos and drone footage were excellent. Bookings for (the many) viewings were handled quickly and easily. The guidance provided throughout the process was first class. The property was sold for well above the asking price within 10 days and completion achieved within 6 weeks (which took us by surpise a little!). If you are looking for an Estate Agent then dont bother looking anywhere other than at Fiuran.
