Helen, Karly and the team in the Oakwood branch really go that extra mile. We really wouldn’t use anyone else to sell our home. Extremely professional at all times and the best communication all round. Don’t use anyone else to sell your home.

Want to know about Manning Stainton? Well right here is the founding member of the Official Jess @ Manning Stainton Fan Club. She's been so brilliant helping us to secure our first ever home, answering my endless questions, being super responsive, reassuring and otherwise great. It's time for the fun to really start with legals, completion etc, but if if the pleasure so far is anything to go off, we're going to be in great hands. Thanks to Jess and the Manning Stainton Oakwood team.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Although MS was not the estate agent we actually sold our house with, I cannot express how much easier they made our buying experience. Laura gave us the best tours when looking around (tens) of houses and always provided us with honest advice on what we were looking for in a home. Further to this, Anna was amazing throughout the whole purchase process. We had some tricky buyers and her approach to everything was organised, communicative and understanding - she went above and beyond to push everything for us. So grateful for everything MS have done for us.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

The sale of my late father's flat has been delayed for over a year due to delay in probate. Despite that Karly Bibby has been very helpful to both myself as vendor and the purchaser under difficult circumstances.

I've had a great experience with Manning Stainton. Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful and friendly, but especially Ellie Weale who has been a constant source of support during a pretty stressful period. They're efficient, chasing things up and getting things done when they say they will. I'm glad I went with them and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.
