We’ve recently agreed to purchase a property through Manning Stainton Estate Agents Oakwood and have been really impressed with the experience so far. From our initial contact with the agency, the responsiveness and quality of communication have been excellent. Sally, who has been representing the property, has been brilliant throughout. She’s been proactive, always ready to answer questions, and went out of her way to gather additional information and share videos with us, which was especially helpful as it took a little while for us to be able to travel and view the property in person. When we did attend viewings, we were given plenty of time and never felt rushed, which made a big difference. Sally has kept communication timely and clear, and we have felt well supported at every step. Buying a house can be stressful, but her professionalism, positive attitude, and prompt responses have made the journey feel genuinely smooth so far. She’s also very personable and simply a pleasure to deal with, easy to talk to and reassuring throughout. We’re delighted to have found such a wonderful property in a beautiful area, and very grateful to have had someone as dedicated as Sally representing us. I can highly recommend Manning Stainton if you're looking to buy or sell a house. Sales negotiator Aleena Nazir has been such a massive help, making sure I'm well informed throughout the process, she was quick with responding to correspondence, and generally very helpful. I haven't sold many properties, but if I was selling in the area again, I would choose to go with Manning Stainton. Matthew was great at taking me through the initial steps before I agreed to sell with Manning Stainton. Then, the speed at which my house sold was outstanding (11 offers from 1 day of viewings!). Throughout this stage of viewings and agreeing a sale, Ellie Weale was informative, clear and helpful. She helped highlight my options but left me feeling empowered in making my own decisions. After agreeing the sale, I was then moved onto Rochelle who was equally as helpful and clear about where we were up to with the buyers. Despite moving throughout different people within the office, I have always felt connected and able to talk to someone who can help me.
