GoogleFound us a buyer in 4 days! Communication was great and they earned their fee with the legal chasing. We had to pay extra for a professional photographer and although this really helped sell the house fast we felt this should be part of the package from the start. It wasn't an expensive add on and we could have saved a week in time. I would recommend Newton Fallowell in Oakham without hesitating.

Newton Fallowell didn't just meet, but they exceeded all expectations. Our sale was quite complicated and needed a lot of nursing to get it through.
